slm - a question

This week I have a question for you, dear reader. I have a ton of fabric scraps and don't know what to do with them beyond using them as stuffing for softies, etc. They are either too small or strangely shaped to be useful. What do you do with your scraps?

I keep them for patchwork cards, stitched on the machine. That or give them to my three year old to play with and pretend to sew things.

Even better - fabric covered thumbtacks. Wish I would've thought of it first. Warning: making them is addictive.

if you know any basket-weavers who weave with recycled materials they would love your long, thin leftovers
